To be successful in your career does not only mean that your happiness live within you alone, but it will spill over to many people around you. Success is not a stand alone idea relating to your personal career. On the contrary, it contributes to the organization, people around you including your family, colleagues, support staff of your organization, the society and the nation. Of course, the thought of choosing to be extraordinary can be overwhelming. Whichever is your area of expertise, you have an invisible skyline to rise and become extraordinary individual. Whether you are an application developer, a graphic designer, a content writer, a marketing professional, a finance executive, or a data operator, each one of your fields have a big horizon with no limit to explore. The answer of how you approach the ultimate aim is the answer of becoming extraordinary. Success does not come like several steps crossed in a single jump, but you take steps one by one. You can walk a thousand miles by taking a single step further, day after day. If on any day you have to take a step back, you need to take two steps forward on the same day.

No one is born an average person. Each one of us have the ability to do extraordinary things and carve your own niche. Becoming extraordinary is not a larger than life dream, but you have to believe in yourself and believe with convictions. You have the genial current in you to make it a reality but you have to dream it every day and believe it every hour. Believe you can do that and give your total committment to that thought. What is needed is the courage to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, stretch yourself, go beyond the call of duty and perform beyond expectation. Set examples of exceptional hard work and integrity, take one step at a time, and over time you will see yourself becoming extraordinary. The feeling that you are being recognized for your small steps will propel your ambition further and give you energy to put a step further. There can be step in the not-very-right direction also, but don’t worry. Rectify your mistakes as soon as you recognize it. Hiding mistakes from the sight of others is not helpful, but discuss such things with the safest person you believe around you.

Your own self-limiting thoughts may hold you back from realizing your full potential, but believe, you are capable of achieving more than you think. The best times of your life are still ahead of you, it is time to upgrade your life from ordinary to extraordinary. But remember, this may perhaps be your last chance to live truly remarkable life to leave your legacy behind unless you put the first step today.
